Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing

Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

Develop recruitment strategies to attract, retain, and engage qualified candidates.

Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Employee Relations

Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues fairly and in compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Performance Management

Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to encourage employee growth and accountability.

Qualifications
